Graduated from Curtin University in 2010 she studied Graphic Design and Majored in Multimedia where she spends her early career in Design and Startups.

She is also active in the KL’s startup scene where she mentors and speaks at entrepreneurial events and programs.

Speaking on entrepreneurship and productivity at The surface session by Microsoft. Raeesa was selected as an ambassador for this campaign where she also reviews the surface pro 4 gadget.


Mentoring for Made With Code (google) through iTrain kids. Where she guides girls aged 6-13 years old in making their own websites using a free website builder online. This initiative empowers young girls to pick up coding.

Currently she is the founder and CEO of Orkid Cosmetics. A halal millennial e-commerce cosmetic line.

In 2016, she successfully raised a mid six digit USD funding from sillicon valley backed VC firm 500 startups, KK Fund and Captii with her co-founders for her startup (Bfab). Where shes focuses on community building and branding as the CCO of the company. Bfab was featured in more than 40+ beauty and tech publications. She left Bfab in December 2016.

She was the Founder and CEO of a tech & beauty startup (LULU) and successfully exited in 2015. LULU is now acquired by HMH Technologies.

Apart from running startups and now, a cosmetic line, her design agency (REVOLT) specializes in Brand Identity, and Creative Solutions for startups, small business owners and corporate companies. She also provides consultancy in Digital Media. With over 6 years of experience. Clients include Serai group, Carhartt, Tabung Haji, Pop Digital, The Rec Room and more.

Previously while in high school and university she went under a moniker Ladyesah (2006-2010) where she was featured as KL’s “IT GIRL” by involving in the local creative scene where she founded her first company selling custom made apparels through her blog and social media platform MySpace.

As a person who loves the outdoors, she enjoys hiking (conquered Mt. Kinabalu in 2015) and is an aspiring sailor (sailing).
